Rockstar Renamed Two Arena Food Stands After GTA Brands, and Nobody Has Said a Word About It

Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell now appear on concession counters inside the Miami Heat's arena. The photos are real, Rockstar and the Heat have said nothing, and a themed menu is a guess nobody has verified.

The concession stand inside Kaseya Center in Miami now carries the name Burger Shot, the fast food chain from the GTA universe, with a large mural of Macca and Friends beside it. Macca is the animated alligator Rockstar has been using throughout the GTA VI campaign. IGN reported the rebrand on October 21, and Insider Gaming confirmed it the next morning after fans posted photos and video from inside the arena.

A second stand, Cluckin' Bell, shows up in the same batch of images. Both brands are fictional. Neither Rockstar nor the Heat has issued a statement, and the documentation so far amounts to fan photos reposted by gaming outlets, which is worth stating plainly before anything else about this gets repeated as fact.

What it does tell you is that the campaign has moved past billboards. Rockstar spent the last month putting GTA VI where people already are: a "Welcome to Vice City" sign on the arena roof, branded cars parked on Miami streets, a Netflix preview, a soundtrack album. A burger counter with a joke name on it is the smallest thing in that list and, going by how much of the internet spent Thursday morning passing the photos around, possibly the smartest.

What is actually confirmed

Insider Gaming reported that the Burger Shot counter is a rebrand of Skinny Louie's, an existing concession inside the arena. That is the most concrete detail anyone has published. IGN's report says it is unclear whether the menu is themed after the game, and that a purely decorative installation is the likelier read.

That reading fits the joke. In GTA, Burger Shot is a parody aimed at fast food chains and the portions they sell, complete with menu items like the Heartstopper. Turning it into an actual restaurant with an actual themed menu would mean Rockstar writing a food menu that criticises the food industry, in a building where families buy dinner. The signage is the joke. A $30 burger would spoil it.

Nobody has published a themed menu, a special price, or a limited-run item that this site can verify. If you happen to be at a Heat game and want to look, expect a normal arena concession with different branding on the wall. Anything else you see claimed online about the food itself is unconfirmed.

Video Games Chronicle placed the two counters inside a wider pattern, with GTA VI branding, restaurant names and cars appearing across real Miami in the weeks before launch. That is the right scale for this story. Two concession counters are not the event. The event is a city that has been slowly dressing itself in a video game for a month, and these are the latest two tiles.

Why a basketball arena

The Heat partnership was announced on October 3 and it was never a small gesture. On November 18, the night before launch, Miami hosts the Milwaukee Bucks with the arena dressed as Vice City, specially made uniforms, and a themed court. The team has been selling a Vice City merchandise collection alongside it.

Once you accept that, the food branding stops looking odd. A building that is already committed to becoming Vice City on a national broadcast has no reason to draw a line at the concession stands. The stands are the cheapest, most photographed surface in the building. Every fan who walks past one takes a picture, and every picture does the work an ad buy would have done.

There is a cost to that for the arena. Sports venues sell themselves as neutral ground, and a team that paints its building in the colors of a game about crime gives that neutrality up for a week. The Heat have clearly decided the trade is worth it, and given the size of the launch they are attaching themselves to, the maths is easy to follow.

Where this stops and the game begins

None of it confirms anything about GTA VI itself. Rockstar has confirmed a November 19, 2026 launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It has not announced a PC version, a demo, a beta, or a paid early access window. A burger stand with a parody name on it does not move any of that, and no outlet reporting on the stands has suggested otherwise.

The last month of a launch this size is also the busiest month for people trying to take money from players who cannot wait. Next Vice has already covered a fake leaked-copy page that wired a wallet drainer into its download, and the weeks around November 19 will produce more of the same. Food branding in an arena is harmless. Anything offering the game before launch is not, no matter how official the logo on it looks.

What comes next

The November 18 Heat game is the next time this campaign gets a stage wide enough to be worth watching. If Rockstar pushes the food brands further, it will most likely be at Miami events and pop-ups rather than anything sold in stores, because nothing published so far suggests there is a product here to buy.

For now the honest read is this: a marketing team that has already lit a sign, wrapped cars and printed a soundtrack has found one more surface to use, and it chose a joke that lands better the less seriously it takes itself. That is the whole of the news. The game arrives on November 19, and no amount of burger branding changes what is in it.
