Every confirmed GTA VI vehicle: the source-backed vehicle database

Rockstar has only put a finite set of vehicles in the official GTA VI trailers and screenshot gallery. This page lists what is confirmed as shown, what stays expected, and the one test that adds a new entry.

August 27, 2026

The confirmed vehicle list for GTA VI is shorter than the rumor mill suggests, and that is worth pinning down. Rockstar has only shown vehicles in the official trailer footage and the official screenshot gallery. Everything else floating around is either a guess or a leak, and neither belongs in a vehicle reference page. This page collects only the vehicles we can trace to official GTA VI material, labeled confirmed as shown, and keeps a clear line between those and the cars fans expect but Rockstar has not put on screen.

The first trailer, released in December 2023, opens on Vice City beach and then moves through the city, the strip, and out past the edge of town. The vehicles that read clearly in that footage are mostly everyday American muscle and cruiser shapes rather than exotic supercars. Fans have consistently flagged a pastel colored sports car, a classic station wagon, a police cruiser, a pickup truck, and a dirt bike in the off-road stretch, plus a convertible cruising the coastline. The point of listing these is not to name exact models Rockstar has not confirmed. It is to say the official trailer clearly shows each of these vehicle classes. That is the confirmed baseline.

The second trailer, the one Rockstar framed for the November 19, 2026 release date announcement, widens the set. There is a muscle car doing a burnout, a station wagon, an off-road buggy, motorcycles, a helicopter, and boats and a jet ski on the water. The Keys footage also points to a seaplane, which lines up with the official Only in Leonida imagery that leans on island travel by water and air. Again, these are classes shown in official footage, not a spec sheet. Rockstar has not validated performance numbers, handling, or final names for any of them.

The vehicle database tracker keeps the running list. The official screenshot gallery adds atmosphere more than it adds a complete roster. It confirms the art direction around cars, trucks, and bikes in Vice City and the wider Leonida state, but it does not function as a full catalog. Treating every background vehicle in a screenshot as a confirmed model is exactly the overreach this page is meant to avoid.

Out of this official set, everything else is expectation. Fans reasonably expect the usual GTA staples: a broad range of commercial vehicles, emergency services, boats, aircraft, and the kind of odd side machines Rockstar likes to include. But expected is not the same as confirmed. Until Rockstar shows a vehicle in a trailer, a screenshot, or official artwork, it does not go on the confirmed list. The same rule covers licensed cars. Rockstar has not announced any licensed vehicle partnerships, so naming brands as confirmed is speculation, not reporting.

A new vehicle gets added the same way the current set did: Rockstar shows it in an official trailer, screenshot, or piece of official art. A leaked image, a forum claim, or a datamined texture is not confirmation. If Rockstar posts a new screenshot set or trailer frame with a vehicle that is not on this list, that vehicle moves from expected to confirmed as shown. That is the whole test, and it keeps this page honest in the run-up to launch.

The practical reason this matters is preorder season and the approach of the release date. Scam pages and hype posts love to promise a full roster, exact model names, and performance specs Rockstar has never published. This page is a guard rail. Use the vehicle tracker for the current list, the trailer and media pages for the official imagery, and treat every unlisted vehicle as unconfirmed until Rockstar actually shows it.

Next Vice keeps the confirmed list short on purpose. A vehicle database built only on what Rockstar has genuinely shown is more useful than a fantasy roster, because it gives readers a real answer to a simple question: which GTA VI vehicles are actually confirmed.
